«Improving the indicators of development starts at the grassroots because behind a project there is a person, a "psychology" and a "know how". We can make plans (for development) but if there is no attention to the traditions, to the taboos and to blockades, nothing can work/stand.»

«We have to be ecologically oriented with a respect to our diversity. There is also a need to comply with the traditional know how because monoculture is not always promising/productive in our local contexts.»
